Sens des Saveurs does not impose the purchase of alcoholic beverages as is the case with many French caterers. You will be able to lower your overall costs by purchasing your drinks wherever you find quality at the best price.

Below you will find some indications regarding the typical consumption for a wedding which should help you estimate the quantities of champagne and wine to purchase.

Once you have chosen a wedding date I will be available for a preliminary meeting to discuss the various options. A detailed quotation will be promptly sent to you so that you can manage your overall budget.

‘Just Married’ Brunch

Take advantage and enjoy the company of family and friends before they return home on the day after your wedding at a special brunch with flexible service.

Instead of a traditional meal, the ‘Just Married Brunch’ can be specially concocted to your tastes and budget:

For a starting budget of only 4 euros per person offer your guests an assortment of small pastries, coffee, tea and orange juice. The brunch can also consist of a variety of ‘crêpes’ (thin French pancakes with ham and cheese or with marmalade/fruits/ chocolate for example) at an indicative price 9,50 euros per person.

You may also consider a buffet with eggs, bacon, sausage, American pancakes, French pastries, cupcakes or a barbecue.

Breakfast

Organize a breakfast event (minimum 30 persons). For a starting budget of only 4 euros per person offer your guests an assortment of small pastries, coffee, tea and orange juice.  You can also order a variety of lovely cupcakes at an additional cost.

For those who fancy homemade American pancakes I offer them with 100% pure maple syrup, blueberry syrup and chocolate syrup.

Wine-tasting

Organize a convivial event with your employees, clients or friends. Taste the wines and champagnes of your choice. I propose refined meals and/or original savoury finger food to accompany the finest wines. I express all my passion, creativity and culinary know-how in your dishes to make this a memorable event. As illustrated in the pictures above, decorative background props representing a wine cellar and vineyards are available.

Cooking Courses

Chef Michael offers tailored cooking courses.

The content of a two and a half hour cooking class will be defined based on your preferences in taste, your interests and your level of cooking skills.

Following a preliminary discussion on the phone chef Michael will suggest a date and some original recipes. Once you have decided on a menu with your fellow participants, you will receive a purchasing list of ingredients that are required to carry out the chosen recipes.
